我厂创建于1985年，集科研与生产为一体，是国内最早和销量最大的防暴器材系列产品的专业厂家。首批获得国家公安部颁发的生产许可证。自86年度迄今连续16年被省、市政府授予“重合同、守信用”荣誉单位，并被评为“省先进企业”。我厂是ISO9001:2000质量体系认证企业，是公安部警用械具、警服标准化技术委员会第一届、第二届委员单位、中国安全防范产品行业协会会员单位、公安部社会公共安全产品行业综合信息网员单位、中国玻璃钢协会会员单位。
我厂在驻厂军代表指导下，贯彻军工条例，生产军品民品；开展军品创优、实施品牌战略。为稳定大局、抗洪抢险，为部队、公安、武警装备建设服务。
自1988年起，先后为中国人民解放军总后勤部、总装备部、武警总部、公安部、总参动员部、总参情报部、公安部边防局生产防暴头盔、防暴盾牌、橡胶警棍、拐式警棍、防弹头盔、防弹衣等系列防暴器材和防汛救生艇等各类产品。荣获总部“讲信誉，重质量”的表彰。被部队、公安部推荐为生产军、警用防暴器材的定点企业。94年度和武警总部合作创办“武警总部装备器材研究所”。1992年以来，接受中国京安进出口公司、保利公司、北方工业公司、新兴工业公司、新时代公司等单位订购系列防暴器材销往世界各地。
Our factory was set up in 1985,integrated scientific research
and production as a whole,and is the earliest and largest
manufacturer specialized in production of the serial products
of anti-riot. We were among the first batch of the manufacturers
to obtain the license of production issued by the State's
Ministry of Public Security.From 1986 up to the presents we
have been awarded as the unit of honor with the title of "observing
contract and keeping promises"by the provincial and municipal
government for the successive 16 years,and the honor of "provincial
advanced enterprise".We also passed authentication of
ISO9001:2000 Quantity System .Our factory is a member unit
of the technical committee of the police appliances and uniform
standaridizaton,the Trade Union of the Security and Defense
Products of china,the comprehensive information network of
public security products of the Ministry of Public Security
and the Association of GFRP of China.
Our factory makes military and civil goods on the basis
of the regulations of the military factory under the guidance
of the military representative at the factory.We carry forward
the strategy of making best quality military goods and famous
brand,serving the building of the equipment and allocation
of the armed forces,police and armed police for stability
of the situation and combating the flood and going to the
rescue hurriedly.
Since 1988,we have successively produced anti-riot helmet,shiele,
rubber nightstick, winding nightstick,bullet-proof helmet,bulletproof
vest etc.and serial anti-riot appliances,life boats for flood
control and various products for PLA General Logistics Department,General
Equipped Department,Headquarters of Armed Forces,Ministry
of Public Security Mobilized Department of General Staff,lnformation
Department of General Staff and Garrisons of Public Security,The
PLA headquarters for"Keeping promise and attaching importance
to quality" appraised us and the factory is an appointed
manufacturer recommended by the Ministry of the Public Security.in
1994,we established "Research Lnstitute of Equipage of
the General Headquarter of the Armed police "with the
Armed police. Since 1992,we have accepted orders for serial
anti-riot appliances from China Jingan imported and Exported
Co.,Baoli Company, the North Lndustrial Co.,Xinxing Lndustrial
Co.,And the New-era Company which were distributed throughout
the world.
